Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote (1 day in the office every 2 weeks - Northamptonshire)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving change and modernizing legacy solutions? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a remote-based role, contributing to a key project that involves understanding current needs and collaborating with developers to deliver innovative solutions. If you thrive in an Agile environment and possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.

  2. SDLC Expertise: Leverage your experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle to contribute effectively to the modernization of legacy solutions.

  3. Agile Collaboration: Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.

  4. Legacy Solutions Modernization: Take a lead role in the project to modernize legacy solutions, from initial analysis through to implementation.

  5. Remote-Based Role: Primarily work remotely, with the flexibility to attend the office in Northamptonshire one day every two weeks for collaboration and team-building.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the full SDLC.
  2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  3. Experience in modernizing legacy solutions is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
