Job Title: Software Project Manager x 2 

Location: Northamptonshire, UK (1 day in the office every 2 weeks)

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

We are seeking 2 dynamic, and experienced, Software Project Managers to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge software projects, with a focus on Azure technologies. If you have a proven track record in managing software development projects, particularly in an Agile environment, and possess a deep understanding of Azure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  2. Azure Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in delivering projects using Azure technologies. Leverage your expertise to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

  3. Agile Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects to comprehend designs and translate them into actionable requirements for the development team. Collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.

  4. International Exposure: Manage projects that may involve international travel. Navigate diverse teams and time zones to ensure seamless project execution.

  5. Office Presence: Attend the office in Northamptonshire one day every two weeks to foster team collaboration and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, with a focus on Azure projects.
  2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively with solution architects and development teams.
  4. Experience in international project management is a plus. As one of the roles will involve international travel
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
