Senior Service Desk Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
Role: Senior Service Desk Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Leeds (office based)
Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience
My client, a gorwing MSP are looking to recruit a Senior Service Desk Engineer/Infrastrcture Engineer, due to growth, to provide technical support to the team and help to resolve complex tciekts., as well as work with customers to help plan, design and implement both cloud and on premise solutions.
Key skills/experience;- Extensive IT experience, background in IT support and project delivery
- Exerience of working to ITIL framework
- Eperience in resolving coplex technical issues and acting as an escalation point for the rest of the team
- Extensive experience of designing and delivering infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Configuration experience of NCentral desired but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with the Service Desk team.
- Leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing team members.
- ITIL Foundation Qualification (Desirable)
- Senior vendor qualifications including Microsoft, VMWare, SonicWALL, Dell and HPE Infrastructure (Desirable)
