Key Responsibilities:
As a Pensions Developer with us, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing your extensive knowledge of pension systems to run complex calculations and ensure accurate and timely pension administration.
  • Collaborating with the software development team to understand project requirements and contribute your domain expertise. Design, develop, maintain and support the company’s Pensions Administration System from business requirements definition through to deployment, adhering to current methodologies, standards and policies and in accordance with the company’s Software Development Lifecycle and Change Frameworks.
    Undertake analysis and debugging of calculations issues
  • Assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions for pension administration, gradually transitioning into a software development role.
  • Leveraging your proficiency in Excel to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven experience in pension systems and pension administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in software development, even without prior IT experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset.
