Role: Senior Business Analyst
Agile, Financial Services
Location: Wellingborough, Northants - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: To £65,000
My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience working and advocating Agile methodology within Financial Services.
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) you will be responsible for understanding the content and implications of business-change, either working independently or managing workstreams of several BAs to ensure projects deliver solutions that facilitate the achievement of the anticipated.
As an Agile advocate, you will educate and work with stakeholders across the Front and Back offices to schedule and support delivery of meaningful change.
Key Skills/Experience;- 5+ years Business Analysis experience across full project lifecycle
- Financial services experience is essential
- Extensive experience using Agile methodology and experience of advocating the approach
- Strong Business process experience and the ability to support business change projects
- Proven experience of managing difficult and resistance stakeholders
- Extensive experience using Agile methodology and experience of advocating the approach
- ISEB/Lean/Six Sigma qualification or equivalent
- Any exposure of Salesforce and experience of working on a Salesforce project would be beneficial
