As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch IT support and solutions to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert support for both on-premises and cloud technologies, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
- Demonstrate proficiency in server support, addressing technical issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
- Utilize your strong network technology skills to design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructures.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their IT needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Leverage your experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment to deliver exceptional support and service.
- Solid experience in supporting both on-premises and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in server support and maintenance.
- Experience with AAD (Azure Active Directory)
- Strong understanding of network technologies, with the ability to design and troubleshoot network setups.
- Background in an MSP setting, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) would be a plus.

Hours Of Work:
Usual office hours will be on rotational shift pattern to meet technical support operating periods:-
Shift 1
Monday 08:00 - 16:45
Tuesday to Thursday 08:00-16:30
Friday 08:00-16:00
Shift 2
Monday 9:15 - 18:00
Tuesday to Thursday 09:30 - 18:00
Friday 09:00-17:00
On-Call
As part of our support service the IT teams provides out of hours remote cover for customers.
The job holder will be expected to support the team by also being on the on-call rota.
The hours of cover that the team provide are:-
