Salary: £30,000 - £35,000pa + OTE (Up to £15,000pa)

Sales Development Representative
Opportunity to join a software provider as part of their hungry sales team. My client provides software solutions to customers on a global scale, working with major companies, as well as your smaller SMEs. The company uses state of the art technology, using agile best practices to develop solutions of the highest quality.
The SDRs will part of a highly skilled team who are hungry to succeed and beat targets set for them in a business development environment. The SDRs role will be to sell the company's flagship product, as well as other solutions, unlocking the doors with companies ranging from SMEs to Enterprise Businesses by using their expertise of the company's products to demonstrate how it can benefit their customers. You will be the 1st point of contact for companies, working from leads generated by the lead gen team, and be expected to build relationships with these companies, moving things forward to face-to-face meetings.
Key areas of responsibility for the SDRs is to:- Make outbound calls to organisations in order to arrange meetings with new and old customers.
- Manage a pipeline of existing and past prospects, with the goal of re-engaging the customer and nurturing them through to a stakeholder meeting
- Working towards your monthly target to ensure the business is meeting its overall commercial targets
- To build, and nurture relationships with your customers
- Attend networking events
- 12 months experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally software
- Highly driven and motivated by targets
- Excellent communication skills - ability to build relationships with customers quickly
- Organised - Knowing your daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly plan in order to work efficiently
- Fast-thinking - able to react to situations quickly and (when possible) be one step ahead
The role will require 3 days a week in the office.
Average Sale Cycle - 3-6 months
Order Value - £20,000 - £25,000 on average
