Role: Senior Test Engineer
Location: Oxford - Hybrid working
Salary: £40,000 to £49,000

My client, currently the world leader in their field of expertise, are looking to recruit a Senior Test Engineer to help create a range of strategies and plans to test a system to the limits of its capabilities. Reporting to the Test Manager, the Senior Test Engineer will contribute by helping to measure the accuracy and validity of highly complex systems , using a range of manual and automated approaches.
As a tester you will have had experience testing hardware and software products, as well as desktop applications.
Key Skills/Experience;- A minimum of 5 years as a Test Engineer, with a background in software and hardware projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience working on desktop applications
- Proficient in test management tools (TestRail preferred) and in defect management tools (Jira preferred)
- Possess strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience of mentoring team member(s)
- Experience in implementing QA process in the projects.
