Role:           Full Stack Developer

Location:    Remote Based - Travel once a month to one of the offices in the UK

Salary:        £45,000 - £60,000pa + Bonus

Full Stack Developer

Fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join a highly skilled development team, which is growing along with the business, who specialise in E-Learning solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the development of key components for the company's learning software suite, assisting with the planning and development of the applications, working to best practices and ensuring the solutions are of the highest quality. 

 

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining solutions, using front and back-end technologies
  • Work with the team and other key stakeholders on project planning, scoping, and design
  • Working with the testing team to ensure the software is of the highest quality
  • Review PRs, provide feedback, and promote best practices
  • Participate in continuous integration and deployment
  • Improve coding standards and collaboration
 

Who are they looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate: 

  • Strong experience with Node.js delivering back-end solutions
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as React and Angular (React is the preference)
  • Knowledge of Typescript with any commercial experience using this tool a huge advantage
  • Proven experience working with REST
  • Experience working as part of an Agile team in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC methodologies.
