Location: Northampton
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000pa (Inclusive of car allowance)
My client is looking for an IT Storage specialist to join the storage infrastructure team, who are responsible for the support of the day-to-day activities within the infrastructure storage team. The person will support the business across incident, problem and change management, to help meet internal KPI's and ensure that strategic choices within the infrastructure department are the right way forward and acted upon within the business.
The Storage analyst will also be responsible for Supporting long term stability, currency and discipline of Infrastructure Services across the companies estate. These technologies include DellEMC, Veritas, Ricoh, Extreme I/O, Data Domain, ECS, Replication, and Metropoint.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:- Excellent knowledge of DellEMC Technologies.
- Providing IT Storage expertise across infrastructure services
- Excellent knowledge of Capacity Planning and Replication.
- Excellent knowledge of DellEMC & Veritas Backup Technologies & Strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of Data Retention across the Infrastructure estate.
- Excellent knowledge of Metropoint & Configuration options.
- Good knowledge of Ricoh ECM technology.
- Good knowledge of VMWare & Microsoft Technologies.
- Good knowledge of Storage Technologies in the cloud – Backups (Inc on premise), Data Domain & ECS.
- Excellent at building relationships across a wide variety of groups.
- Customer focus.
