Are you passionate about developing and improving IM&T services, do you relish change management and working to make systems better for service delivery? Overgate Hospice is looking for an experienced and passionate person to help us develop and drive our IM&T strategy to support all departments and to ensure that we can continue to care for those in our community with life limiting illnesses to live as well as they can, for as long as they can, and to receive the best quality end of life care.
We are looking for the right person with the passion, drive, and communication skills to lead on our IM&T five-year strategy, including the IM&T requirements for a new inpatient unit, due to open in 2026. To lead on shaping service design and delivery, leading projects to ensure sustainable databases and systems that will underpin care delivery, as well as our retail and income generation strategy.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience in undertaking service review and implementing/rolling out electronic databases /toolkits
- Experience of managing an IM&T service
- Recognised project management qualification e.g. Prince 2
- Project management experience
- Experience in IM&T strategy development
- Salary – up to £50.400k for the person with the right experience
