Job descriptionMy client is a growing MSP, looking for a highly driven Service Delivery professional to join their organisation and take ownership of the service delivery function for the business and its customers. The Head of Service Delivery will be responsible for the continuous improvement of IT Services, driving forward the customer service that the teams provide to the customers. The Head of Service Delivery will have 4 direct reports and will be responsible for the continued development of the team, as well as the service, and will report directly into the directors of the organisation
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic overview of service delivery, including IT support service desk, system monitoring & project delivery
- Ensuring the company continues to deliver fantastic service to their customers
- The final point of escalation for service delivery issues
- Maintaining Service KPI records, and developing a strategy to achieve the target
- Devising and implementing efficiency and quality improvements to Service delivery
- Completing weekly 1-2-1s with direct reports
- Strong experience as a Senior Manager, ideally within a Managed Service environment
- Service Delivery expertise
- Experience in managing teams to a defined SLA
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Proven experience of improving services and processes
- Personable, customer satisfaction driven attitude
- Expert organisational and communication skills
- Some technical background is desirable, but not essential
- BSc Business Administration (or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundation, Prince2 Foundation, CSM
