Infrastructure Support Manager
Role: Infrastructure Support Manager
Location: Brighouse (Hybrid working)
Salary: £55,000 + benefits
My client a leading logistics company are looking to recruit an Infrastructure Support Manager to lead a team of 6 to be responsible for overseeing both the technical and managerial aspects of the IT infrastructure Support team.
Key skills/experience;- Experience of progressive technical management and leadership
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of technical experts
- Ability to effectively manage competing demands and commitments, working under pressure but to expected outcomes
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels to ensure mutual and shared understanding
- Demonstrated talent for balancing long-term strategy with short term objectives
- Excellent key stakeholder management skills and in general strong all-round communication
- Proven ability to support the delivery of projects, implementations and upgrades, with a focus on the end service deliverables
- Experienced in supplier management
- Able to make informed decisions on a wide range of complex business and technical issues
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team structure
- Experience of working with an outsourced Data Centre provider
- Cloud Service Provides e.g AWS and Azure
