Role:            Back End Developer 

Salary:         £70,000 to £80,000

Location:     Remote

 

 

My client, a leading global publishing organisation, are looking to recruit a Bank End Developer with exceptional Java development experience to help build new platforms and tools to the highest quality and reliability

 

Key skills/experience;

  • Demonstrable Java development experience (Java 7 or higher)
  • Scala with Akka is deirable 
  • Cloud base technologies
  • AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Spring Framework, Spring boot
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner
  • Experience with continuous integration and versioning control tools
  • Demonstrable experience of test-driven development.
  • JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber
  • Hibernate
  • Spring 2.5/3 (including Spring MVC)
  • JavaScript
  • Maven
  • SQL
  • XML/XSLT
