Role: Product Support Engineer
Location: Coventry - Hybrid working
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
My client, a growing software provider are looking to recruit a Product Support Engineer to support and develop their global technical infrastructure and provide third-level support to their suite of applications.
Key skills/experience;- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows or Linux based environments
- Administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., IIS, SQL Server)
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
- Experience with software development mythologies and tools (e.g. Git, Octopus Deploy, JIRA)
- Experience with Cloud Platforms & Services ( e.g. AWS,GCP ),
- Experience with Scripting ( e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python, Go )
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code ( e.g. Terraform, Ansible, AWS SSM )To be successful in this role, we think the following skills and attributes are important:
