- We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Wiltshere based client for a 2nd line support analyst to join their team after a very successful few years of ongoing growth. Job Title: IT Support Analyst (2nd line)
Location: Wiltshere
Salary: £25,000- 31,000
Main duties/ tasks:- To assist in the building and testing of PC's
- 1st,2nd, and some 3rd Line support to clients
- Install operating systems and other software.
- Interrogate data on PC / Servers.
- Troubleshoot IT equipment and repair where possible.
- Answer incoming Telephone calls, and emails/tickets
- Setting up IT equipment – computers, routers, tablets
- Working with the cloud environments, Office 365 (Business), Sharepoint, Exchange,
- VOIP, VPN and firewalls
- AWS/Azure Cloud server solutions
- Own transport.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office.
- AWS/Azure Cloud server solutions knowledge.
- A strong understanding of hardware/software, and networking skills a MUST
- VOIP systems, VPN and firewalls
