Role: Technical Delivery Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £750 - £850 per day (Outside IR35)

A 6 month contract is available for a delivery lead who has strong technical knowledge to help lead a number of legacy system migrations into the Azure platform. This person will lead, direct and control the delivery of the code refactoring & re-engineering workstream, moving the business towards and Agile/DevOps environment.
Requirements
Key Accountabilities- Working with numerous stakeholders in order to influence the direction of the workstream to meet business goals,
- Leading of refactoring & re-engineering activities relating to migration of legacy software systems to public Azure Cloud platform.
- Ensure that the plans for the programme are met optimise efficiency and meet business goals within agreed timescales and budget.
- Work closely with the Programme Director & manager to provide regular status reporting and solutions driven contingency plans.
- Lead, motivate, develop and coach team members to create a high performing project team.
- Experienced at leading code refactoring & Re-engineer activities
- Experience in Azure cloud migration & Azure technology
- Experienced in applying the key principles of change management in multi million pound programmes.
- Creates a compelling case for change and gains buy in to large scale and complex change.
- Identifies, escalates and manages threats and opportunities
- Identifies and anticipates future regulatory requirements and their implications
- Experience of working in largely remote & demanding delivery environments.
