Azure DevOps Engineer

Role:            Azure DevOps Engineer 

Type:           Contract - inside ir35 

Location:     Derby

Rate:            £450/day 

Duration:     3 months 

 

My client a global leading IT Consultancy are looking to recruit 2 Azure DevOps Engineers to create new cloud offerings, support their software engineering business and to help transform how they work.

Key Qualifications and experience:                        

  • Broad conceptual understanding of cloud offerings including VMs, PaaS, Serverless, Networking
  • Experience in Azure - Azure certification is advantageous 
  • Experience of architecting and developing secure, production cloud offerings
  • Hands on technical experience of creating new infrastructure
  • Experience of working within software lifecycles and modern development methodologies (including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment/DevOps).
  • Experience of working within a change-controlled environment, working with appropriate processes and documentation.
  • Programming skills to automate workflows, experience with Python is advantageous
