Location: Remote based, with regular travel to head office (2-3 days a week for the 1st 6 months) - Didcot

The role
A brand new role has been created for a global publishing organisation who are looking for Senior Analyst to come on board and lead the business in terms of BPMS and RPA across their new workforce management solution. The Senior/Lead Business Analyst will have a strong background in the delivery of digital end-to-end process design and workflow automation and transformation. This is a brand new role for the business, so the successful candidate will get the opportunity to be involved in the development of the role appropriate and potential growth of the team.
You will work with a team and stakeholders, designing and supporting the delivery of effective and efficient business processes and workflow automation, which transform and enable the organisation’s end-to-end service delivery goals.
Further you will be involved in the design of an assessment tool to help identify opportunities for automation across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:- Providing a quality design service to customers and stakeholders
- Contribute to the process review activities, create business process models, document business requirements and design documentation to enable the implementation of a WMS .
- You will provide the assets that will enable our WMS designers to onboard new processes and workflows and allow our developers to integrate the WMS capability into our technology stack
- Work at the interface of business and engineers to document the necessary process maps and assets to enable the configuration of a WMS
- Develop and maintain an automation assessment tool for identification of eligible processes
- Make suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations and deliver designs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them
- Develop and own process automation frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them across a range of use cases
- Experience with BPMS, WMS & RPA process design implementations modelling complex IT and operational processes.
- Experience translating written and spoken narrative into structured process models
- Experience eliciting business and systems processes from a range of technical and operational stakeholders
- Well-developed intercultural awareness and extensive experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary delivery team to shape and build digital products and services
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies, understanding how best to apply them to different situations
- Experience of using Lean methodologies to drive tangible business results
- Must be confident communicating with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
