Great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a software provider who deliver solutions to financial services clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of software projects to customers, full life-cycle, managing project budgets, delivering to agreed upon time-scales and reporting on project progress to the clients.
The Project Manager will demonstrate strong knowledge of the software development life-cycle, leading project resources both internal and external (if required), ensuring a smooth implementation for the clients.
Key responsibilities for the Project Manager are:- Project planning, including quality plans
- Stakeholder management
- Working with the clients to understand project requirements and agree deadlines
- Identify, assess and manage risks
- Manage project resources and project activities
- Change Management
- Support sales staff by being an SME from the project perspective
- Previous experience as a project manager delivering software to clients
- Strong experience of the full SDLC (Software Development Life-cycle)
- Ability to work with technical teams to understand solutions
- Experienced at dealing with clients - reporting, conflict resolution etc
- Can produce project management documentation
