Role:                    Product Development Manager

Duration:             FTC 12 months

Location:              Hybrid role - Remote and Office based (Milton Keynes) 2 days a week

Job Role 

My client is looking for a Product Manager to come on board and help create a product roadmap for multiple products to fall under. Working with key stakeholders, the Product Manager will be responsible for bringing all the products under the same roadmap, looking at ways to continuously improve the roadmap for services used by the Insurance industry. 

Key Outputs for the Product Manager include:

⦁ Working with stakeholders within the business, and industry, to establish a clear and picture of the products and services that they run

⦁ In collaboration with with wider team, to help design the industry engagement for the product development, ensuring that customers from a representation of the industry have the opportunity to engage with the process and ensure that future requirements are captured appropriately

⦁ To be the business lead for the creation of the first product roadmap and the development thereafter

⦁ To lbe the go between for the business and Industry, ensuring that the business has an understanding of new and emerging technology and trends and patterns, which will influence the product development

⦁ First point of contact for requirements gathering and on-going design of the product roadmap

 

Skills and Knowledge   

⦁ Experience of product development within the insurance or financial services market

⦁ Experience of successfully managing projects of industry scale to achieve desired outcomes

⦁ Experience of stakeholder management, including delivering presentations to groups of varying sizes and up to c-suite
