Job Description: Account Executive
Reporting to: Head of Sales

Well established name within the HCM SaaS space. 200-250 in size and constantly growing (‘hyper growth’), you will be joining a sales team of 30 other high performing individuals. The client provide a number of SaaS platforms into the HR workplace with the solutions and having a reputation as market leading due to their high performance.
The Role:- Win new Accounts within the SMB marketplace
- Begin 1:1’s with your manager and set your objectives and develop an action plan
- Become a product expert and feel comfortable demoing and closing your deals
- Provide a consultative, customer centric, value-focused journey to close
- Consistently achieve your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and focus development
- Be focusing on upskilling and continuous development through coaching, training and mentorship
Ideal Candidate:- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- HR/HCM software knowledge / experience
- Constant high performer 100%+ against target
- Previous experience carrying quotas above £300,000
- No outbound lead gen – all leads provided
