An exciting opportunity for an experience applications/software support professional to join a growing software provider who work with clients across the globe. You will be an integral member, providing support on one of the companies main products, working with customers to understand the issue with the technology, and provide the appropriate fix.
You will be involved in numerous tasks around the applications, ranging from application support, bug fixing, scripting, software installation and configuration. You will also be an escalation point for the team, and work closely with the development and product teams on the continued improvement of the software.
Key responsibilities and skills for the applications/software professional include:- Dealing with incoming customer support requests on the software products, web and mobile based
- Provide remote support, via industry standard tools, to our desktop, server and mobile applications
- Assist the Development Team with debugging, replication, testing, documentation and feedback as required
- Assist with the updating and day-to-day management of our Software as a Service platforms
- Previous experience in software/application support
- Scripting knowledge using tools such as JavaScript, C#, SQL, Python etc
- Troubleshooting skills
