Job Description: Customer Experience Manager (Account Manager)
Reporting to: Head of Customer Success
Location: Remote

Well established name within the HCM SaaS space. 150-200 in size and constantly growing, you will be joining a sales team of 28 other high performing individuals. The client provide a number of SaaS platforms into the HR workplace with the solutions and having a reputation as market leading due to their high performance.
The Role:- Manage Accounts ranging from 500-5000 in headcount
- Drive customer retention with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proactively uncover and negotiate cross/upsell of other software platforms
- Use diagnoses to identify ‘at risk’ customers and develop retention strategies
- Map accounts spend against products to develop strategies to drive account penetration
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- HR/HCM software knowledge / experience
- Understanding of L&D platforms is beneficial
- Constant high performer 100%+ against target
- Previous experience carrying quotas above £300,000 ACV
