- We are now looking for a Brand Project Executive/ Account Manager to join our award winning client, a national digital and branding agency based in the East Midlands.
Our client is one of the leading brand agencies, boasting an enviable portfolio of clients and a whole host of industry awards.
With a continually increasing client base and due to their ongoing success we now have additional and exciting career opportunity for a Brand Project Executive.
Reporting to the Brand Project Manager, the Executive is a key contact for their clients and is responsible for managing the day to day delivery of campaigns.
The Executive’s focus will be to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the client’s specific strategic objectives.
You will be working with both clients and internal departments to ensure the delivery of their outcomes.
The Executive will have drive, determination and real commitment to ensure excellent customer service. Outstanding communication, the ability to work under pressure, be calm and confident in a fast paced environment are all essential requirements of the role.

Job role, experience, qualifications and skills required
• At least one years’ experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding administrative, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent client facing support and the ability to delivering high quality services at all times
• A proactive thinker with a creative mindset.
• Understand and interpret client briefs and excellent inter-personal skills
• Strong negotiator
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in or understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics to support in the delivery of digital projects
• Manage client’s accounts and campaigns
• Forge and maintain solid business relationships with clients through regular proactive contact, ensuring the potential of each account is fully maximised
• Support the Brand Project Manager in coordinating and delivering agreed activities for clients to tight deadlines
• Show a clear understanding of your clients’ businesses, determining how best their objectives can be met and their expectations exceeded
• Monitor and report on each account’s progress, working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers
• Managing client’s budget to deliver agency profit
