Salary: £50,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Oxfordshire – with remote working

What you will do:
Maintain key platforms using JavaScript/ React/ NodeJS/ CSS and HTML5 (Strong PHP skills alternatively desirable) and work with stakeholders to develop viable solutions to complex requirements.
Lead and develop team members with empathy and passion. Activities include setting objectives, managing the team and resources effectively and carrying out one to ones.
What the client is looking for:- 5+ years professional experience in software development using JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML5, LESS/CSS or PHP
- Desirable skills; JavaScript Frameworks (React/Redux), Mongo DB, PHP Frameworks experience with Unit testing and continuous integration, experience in UX best practices and accessibility (a11y).
- Lead experience managing a small team of software developers, carrying out one to ones and ensuring the timely completion of projects
- Ability to communicate well in both verbal and written form within and without the technical team as well as being comfortable dealing with everyone from front line support to the senior executive team.
