About the role
An excellent chance to join a leading technology provider as part of their service operations department. My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who has strong experience with the ServiceNow platform. This role will see the Business Analyst play a pivotal role in a client focused environment across multiple product lines used on a global scale. Working in a small team, the Business Analyst will be involved in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ideally in an Agile environment, speaking with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and create specifications for high-profile projects.
This is an ideal role for an ambitious Business Analyst with an exceptional core BA skillset who is eager to develop their expertise in ServiceNow further whilst contributing to multiple projects.
Qualifications : What we’d like you to have- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Technical Business Analyst role focusing on software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Demonstrable expertise in the ServiceNow platform
- Experience of working within multi-disciplinary development teams delivering complex solutions
- Exceptional competence in core BA skills and techniques such as developing Use Cases, User Stories, Storyboards and UML modelling
- Process Modelling using standards such as BPMN
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and exchanging complex information with both technical and non-technical staff
The role can be remote based or you are able to work in the office (Nottingham City Centre).
