Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term
Location: Fully remote until September, then 1 day a week in Milton Keynes

Role Summary
My client requires 2 Senior Business Analysts to join their programme team, focused on IT security projects. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the business processes across business systems, from an information security perspective. They will ensure business processes are in place across access, controls and firewalls, for business users to follow.
The Senior Business Analyst will be the link between IT and the business stakeholders, communicating issues, identifying solutions and ensuring all documentation is in place for the changes that take place.
Key skills and experience required for the Senior Business Analyst include:- Strong experience as a BA for cyber security projects
- Proven experience in an agile and waterfall delivery environment
- Experience of working with cyber security domains – with third party suppliers on RFIs and RFPs
- Background in root cause, bottleneck, impact and other process (not systems) analysis methods
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including great presentations
- Able to facilitate small groups in workshop settings.
- Ability to work within high-performing virtual teams and highly collaborative.
- Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
- Has operated both as part of wider teams and as a lone BA
- Experience of leading BA delivery on complex projects or programmes (>£1m)
