A fantastic opportunity for a UX Designer expert to join an award winning, web-based, software provider who's product is out on a global scale! The UX Designer will be like the company and have product design at the heart of their CORE DNA, taking pride in what they produce and getting a buzz from the satisfaction, and difference, it makes to the end clients. The UX Designer's main purpose is to create an amazing user experience across the companies products, using their UI skills to take client requirements and translate into interactive flows and functional user interfaces. You will also play a key role in ensuring processes and approaches are fit for purpose and used across the technical teams, working closely with development, senior management both on/offshore.
The key skills required for the UX specialist are listed below:- Strong communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels both onshore and offshore
- Understand requirements and the ability to transfer these into specifications
- Hands-on delivery focused professional
- Strong UX skills and an understanding of the techniques and methodologies used
- Front-End development technology understanding/experience - HTML, CSS and JavaScript
