The Client:
Expanding Employee Benefits provider who provide a creative flare within the industry. Their popular SaaS platform is used from companies ranging in size of 1,000-80,000 and offers a management system with a number of additional features. Strong collaborative company culture of support and high performance, everyone communicates effectively and can work well within a team.
The Role:
Exciting opportunity to manage Large and Enterprise clients. Retention rates for the SaaS platform are very high and the chosen candidate will ensure this is maintained. Cross + Upsell will be involved in the position so a sales spark is desirable, the software platform has a number of additional features which the Account Manager will have at their disposal.
The Ideal Candidate:- Proven Background within Key Account Management
- SaaS / Software platform experience
- Exceptional Relationship Management skills
- Self-starter – will come away from a meeting know what a client needs
- Enthusiastic and good team worker
