Role:          Product Implementation Consultant

Location:   Field based

Skills:        Software implementation/training/consultancy, Client-Facing, Stakeholder management

Salary:      £40,000 - £45,000pa + Benefits

A great opportunity has arisen for a client-facing software consultant to be part of the existing product consultancy team. The Product Implementation Consultant will be responsible for working with the customer/client to manage, and deliver, products from the companies application suite in a timely and professional manner, providing onsite operational and technical support through the entire implementation process.

You will have strong experience working with customers to understand their requirements, and creating specifications for the team in order to provide a solution that is fit for purpose. You will then work closely with the technical teams, and customer, to ensure any issues are solved and that the implementation is a success.

This role requires an experienced software consultant and the successful candidate will ideally have the following:

  • Previous experience working in a software implementation position
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Provided training and support to customers on the software
  • Drivers licence and the ability to travel to client sites throughout the UK

They are looking for a candidate that enjoys building relationships with customers and being involved in the full software implementation life-cycle. You will be enthusiastic, energetic and be willing to travel and stay away from home on a regular basis.
