**Location:** Hybrid working – 2 days a week in Northamptonshire
**Salary:** Up to £48,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Oracle Application Support professional with a passion for delivering first-class service and ensuring smooth operations? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team, supporting our core banking and online banking applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert support to bank users on Core Banking and Online Banking applications.
- Manage and document processes, configure interfaces, and support testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with managed service partners to deliver exceptional BAU support within defined SLAs.
- Work alongside the wider IT team to ensure seamless service management.
- Engage in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on production support experience with any Core Banking product, ideally Oracle Flexcube and/or OBDX.
- In-depth understanding of key application parameterisations and third-party integrations.
- Strong skills in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Java programming.
- Basic Unix shell scripting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and respond to critical business needs.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.
