Role: Technical Consultant
What You'll Do:- Deploy and build customized solutions for our diverse client base.
- Provide top-notch application support to our customers, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
- Utilize your scripting skills, particularly in JavaScript, to enhance and optimize client applications.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites across the UK to offer hands-on support and build strong client relationships (infrequent travel required).
- Spend one day a month in our London office, with the rest of your time working remotely from the comfort of your home.
- Strong Configuration Skills: You have a solid background in configuring software solutions to meet customer needs.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: You excel at diagnosing issues and devising effective, innovative solutions.
- JavaScript Proficiency: Your scripting skills, especially with JavaScript, are top-notch and you can leverage them to deliver outstanding results.
- Customer Support Experience: You're adept at providing application support, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- SQL: Database querying and management.
- Python: Scripting and automation.
