The Role:
They are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will:- Lead a small, talented development team.
- Architect and build our core platform as part of our exciting transformation journey.
- Develop robust back-end solutions using .NET 8, APIs, Microsoft SQL, and Kubernetes.
- Create responsive front-end interfaces with Blazor, ensuring compatibility with mobile devices.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for seamless CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement Agile methodologies and adhere to SOLID principles.
- Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer.
- Expertise in .NET 8, APIs, Microsoft SQL, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Blazor for front-end development.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SOLID principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Competitive salary up to £72,000 per annum.

- Flexible hybrid working model (local to Newcastle preferred; remote with 1 day a month in the office if not).
