Location: Remote (1 day in the office every 2 weeks - Northamptonshire)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving change and modernizing legacy solutions? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a remote-based role, contributing to a key project that involves understanding current needs and collaborating with developers to deliver innovative solutions. If you thrive in an Agile environment and possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
- SDLC Expertise: Leverage your experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle to contribute effectively to the modernization of legacy solutions.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
- Legacy Solutions Modernization: Take a lead role in the project to modernize legacy solutions, from initial analysis through to implementation.
- Remote-Based Role: Primarily work remotely, with the flexibility to attend the office in Northamptonshire one day every two weeks for collaboration and team-building.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the full SDLC.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in modernizing legacy solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
