**Job Title:** Account Manager (German Speaking)
**Location:** Remote
**Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE (1st-year earning expectations between £15,000 - £20,000)

**Role Overview:**

We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a German-Speaking Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, driving cross-selling initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and nurture multiple customer accounts of varying sizes.

- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Fluent in German and English.

- 2+ years of experience in an IT sales environment, ideally SaaS.

- Proven track record in account management, cross-selling, and exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and work independently.

 

**What We Offer:**

- Competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
