Are you a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of clinical systems within large healthcare organisations? Do you thrive on complex challenges and possess significant experience in managing change projects, collaborating with clinical leadership teams, and ensuring seamless operation of critical healthcare technologies? If so, my client want you to join their dynamic team as their Head of Clinical Systems!
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Systems Expertise: Utilise your extensive hands-on experience supporting clinical systems and related services within large organisations, ensuring optimal functionality across a wide array of locations and end-users.
- Stakeholder Management: Leverage your senior stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clinical leaders, and external partners, fostering productive relationships and driving strategic initiatives forward.
- Change Management: Apply your expertise in delivering complex change projects, guiding organisations through transformational processes.
- Strategic Technical Support: Provide invaluable advice and support to clinical leadership teams, shaping the strategic direction of technical aspects in healthcare services, systems, and initiatives
- Incident Management: Manage major incidents with both internal and external parties, enforce SLAs,, demonstrating your excellent problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare Expertise: Bring your private healthcare/NHS experience into play, contributing unique insights to enhance our services.
- Technological Proficiency: Showcase your knowledge of RIS, PACS, EMR, order comms, server technologies (Windows and Linux), EUC, and clinical technologies, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- Certifications: ITIL/PRINCE2 c
- Competitive Salary: Enjoy a salary ranging from £75,000 to £90,000 (dependant on experience) + discretionary bonus
- Flexible Work Environment: Work remotely with the requirement to be in the office 1 day a week in central London to foster and develop relationships with key stakeholders . This role will also require some travel across various sites in the UK.
