- Position: Automation Tester
Location: Remote based with some UK travel
Experience: NHS/Healthcare experience highly beneficial
Salary: £45,000
My client, a leading Healthcare provider are looking for an Automation Tester to help them build the next generation of automation tests on their services across Workforce Management, PAS, ERP, Desktop, mobile and Web Applications.
The Automation tool is still to be decided, however experience using product based Automation Tools are essential whilst providing high quality assurance testing with excellent knowledge and skills, this role will provide test automation through a variety of different testing techniques
Key responsibilities:
- Assure quality and consistent attention to detail in all testing performed.
- create, maintain and develop automation tests for the replacement of manual based testing.
- identify and realise the benefits and efficiencies with test automation and proving this through your work.
- Experience of the Defect lifecycle and management of defects.
- Software Development and Software Testing lifecycles (SDLC & STLC).
- Evaluate and analyse requirements to design and develop automation test suites in alignment with the clients test frameworks and requirements.
- Define and create automated functional and regression tests using well structured-maintainable code.
- Design, develop and deliver project test documentation that outline both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design, development and execution of automation testing and frameworks.
- Assurance of testing cycles for externally delivered projects, validating and approving documentation and outputs of testing, escalating issues and risks appropriately.
- Provide QA & testing advice and guidance, provide defect triage sessions
