Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Northampton - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking to recruit a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to work with stakeholders across the Front and Back offices to schedule and support delivery of meaningful change.
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) you will be responsible for understanding the content and implications of business-change, either working independently or managing workstreams of several BAs to ensure projects deliver solutions that facilitate the achievement of the anticipated.
Key Skills/Experience;- 5+ years Business Analysis experience across full project lifecycle
- Sound understanding of Salesforce and experience of working on a Salesforce project
- Strong Business process experience and the ability to support business change projects
- Proven experience of managing difficult and resistance stakeholders
- Extensive experience using Agile methodology and experience of advocating the approach
- ISEB/Lean/Six Sigma qualification or equivalent
- Prince 2 certification
- Ability to work across multiple delivery methodologies e.g. Agile/Waterfall/DevOps
- Financial services experience is highly desirable
