Junior Software Implementation Engineer / Application Support Engineer
Role: Junior Software Implementation Engineer / Application Support Engineer
Location: Remote - UK based
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
My client, a leading supplier of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) are looking to recruit a Junior Software Implementation Engineer to join the team and contribute to their continued growth. With plans to transition more of their services and customers to their public cloud offering, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to up skill and enhance their cloud technology experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake technical installation, configuration, troubleshooting and fault resolution activities across all my client's products.
This role would suit a candidate with 12 months + Application Support/Implementation experience who is ambitious and driven and would like to progress their career further.
Key skills/experience:
Candidates are expected to have experience with some of the following:- 12 + months application support/implementation experience
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Strong communicator - experience of communicating effectively with clients
- Experience of server process automation; ideally with Powershell
- Microsoft IIS
- Windows Server administration
- Database Administration (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Ubuntu Linux
- Networking
