Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £21,000
Location: Chipping Norton (2 days a week in the office)
My client, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis to deal with customer queries via inbound calls and emails.
ssful candidate for this role you will need:
• 6 months contact centre experience – desirable
• The ability to hold a great conversation with customers and excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to support across the customer service team.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally.
• A desire to learn new things and to be able to retain lots of information.
