Role: Technical Support Advisor x 2
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Location: Remote
My client are looking to recruit 2 Technical Support Advisors on a permanent basis to handle telephone and email enquires from users and ensure technical faults are rectified in a timely and efficient manor.
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need some of the following;;
• A knowledge of ADSL, VDSL and FTTP, email clients and servers
• POP/IMAP, wireless configuration and a knowledge of Windows/Mac, IOS/Android.
• A good understanding of networking, wireless, Ethernet, pinging, traceroutes, general telecoms knowledge, how to set up a router etc.
• Experience of mobile diagnostics and repair
• Experience of dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
• Good knowledge of customer care processes and the ability to learn new methods
