MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Fantastic role for a Dynamics Solution Architect who wants to play a major role in a digital transformation programme covering my client's entire IT estate, as they look to transition and/or replace existing applications, infrastructure, and technology. The Dynamics Solution Architect will work with the Dynamics team to set the IT strategy and design the solutions to be fit for purpose across multiple areas of the business that includes Sales and Marketing, Power Apps, Business Central and Portals. This role will utilise change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results and delivering the transformation vision of the business.
Key Accountabilities for the Dynamics Solution Architect- Lead the design work for the solutions across the business, using expert knowledge of MS Dynamics and the Power Apps platform
- Work in partnership with an external development team to help shape and inform the long-term IT strategy of the business and ensure all existing and proposed solutions are aligned to a wider architectural vision.
- Assist in identifying the business’ requirements though the organisation of discovery workshops, preparing and seeking approval for high and low-level business and technical architectural documents which describe proposed solutions and supported configuration/customisations.
- Overseeing end-to-end implementations - road mapping, redeployment of technology.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to development and infrastructure teams. Support and mentoring members of the project teams with regards best practice techniques, tools usage and MI reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external support teams to develop, implement and maintain support strategies, ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft standards.
Expertise- Strong experience in a Dynamics Solution Architecture role.
- Extensive experience of Dynamics 365 across Sales and Marketing, Business Central, Portals and Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft technologies – Azure SQL/SQL Server; Power BI; Share Point.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Demonstrable experience of successful delivery of significant business change programmes
- Information Security awareness
- Up to date knowledge of IT trends and emerging technologies.
This is a permanent position with the client expecting the successful candidate to attend the office 1 day a week as part of their hybrid working model.
