Location: Northamptonshire - Mainly remote based but regular travel to the office will be required

Cyber Security Manager is required to join a financial services organisation responsible for all Cyber Security incidents for the business, ensuring the business is safe from Cyber attacks. You will identify, monitor and manage Cyber risks, lead a team of SOC Analysts and be responsible for implementing the strategy set by the CISO. The role will be a blend of leadership and hands-on, covering all BAU and project tasks.
Key Responsibilities for the Cyber Security Manager :- Responsible for all Cyber security and Information Security activities.
- Identifying, monitoring and managing Cyber risks, conducting risk assessments
- Responsible for the delivery of the Cyber Security awareness programme
- Lead a small team of Cyber Security Analysts and recruiting for the team when required
- Support the management of the budget for the CISO team on a day-to-day basis.
- Accountable for the delivery and management of Information Security policies, standards and guidelines documentation across the business
Skills and experience required for the Cyber Security Manager:- Strong background in Cyber Security - leading Cyber Security tasks
- Experience in managing risk within a Cyber Security environment
- Knowledge of network security architecture in both on-prem and cloud environments
- Experienced at leading Cyber Security investigations, responding to all incidents
- Has worked in an ISO9001 compliant environment
- CISM/CISMP/CISSP Certified (desirable)
This role is predominantly remote based, but candidates do need to be local enough to go into the office on a regular basis. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.
