Digital Delivery Manager
Role: Digital Delivery Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000
My client, a leading healthcare provider is currently undergoing a major transformation journey with digital, data and technology services at its heart. This new role, working closely with the business Product Owners, will take accountability for delivery of our digital products across web and mobile, fostering continuous improvement, ownership and empowerment, transparency and collaboration. They are looking for a forward-thinking, delivery focussed individual experienced in breaking down barriers, coaching the agile mind set and above all delivering product.
Experience;- Minimum 3 years' experience as a scrum master, agile coach or agile delivery manager within product teams actively applying agile principles and continuous improvement
- Have knowledge and experience with multiple agile approaches eg Scrum, Kanban, XP, lean start-up / lean UX
- Be experienced at managing multiple product teams simultaneously
- Have a good understanding of software engineering and product development
- NHS/Private Healthcare experience would be advantageous
- Agile management qualification such as Scrum Master
- Knowledge of using an Agile Management tool such as Jira
- Professional project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner / PMI)
