Scrum Master

Role:                Scrum Master

Location:         Remote (occasional travel to head office in Northampton required) 

Salary:              £45,000 to £50,000 + Car allowance (£5,000)

 

My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking to recruit a scrum master to work in the development team to facilitate and coach the Scrum team(s) and broader organisation and to understand and apply Scrum theory and practice. 

 

Key Skills/Experience;

  • Solid awareness of the Agile manifesto and its principles.
  • Experience of changing organisational, team or department mind sets, cultures and structures.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum and / or Kanban.
  • Practical experience of working in a Cloud environment.
  • ADO (Azure DevOps) knowledge desirable.
  • Practical experience working with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment).
  • Leadership experience - advantageous
  • Proven Facilitation, Coaching & Mentoring skills.
  • Professional Scrum Master Qualification desirable.
  • ITIL Framework qualification desirable
