Role: Service Delivery Manager
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000
Location: Remote with travel to client sites
My client, a leading SAP and and Cloud IT Services company are looking to recruit a service delivery manager to work with one of their key customers and be responsible for maintining a strong customer relationsp whulst improving services and customer satisfaction
Key skills/experience;- Proven and demonstrable track-record in all aspects of Service Delivery for a fast paced, high-profile environment dealing with multiple C level suites and end user alike. 2 + years
- Solid understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and be able to apply them in an Agile manner.
- Experienced in IT strategy and budgeting in order to be able to help advise the customer on the way forward for their IT systems and services as a part of a Managed Services team.
- Experience in Customer Service, Business Relationship Management and Service Management is
- Experience in dealing with multiple C level suite individuals.
- ITIL v3 Foundation (minimum)
- Solid computer skills and the ability to use business support software and ITSM.
- Good resource planning skills.
