QA Test Lead

Role:            QA Test Lead

Location:     Remote

Salary:         £65,000 to £70,000

My client, a leading private healthcare provider are looking to recruit a QA Test Lead to build the automation framework and eventually help to build a testing team to support the function. The QA Test Lead will take ownership of the quality assurance and testing (QAT) strategy as part of a broader risk-based approach. The QA test lead will be responsible for the day to day management of system and functional and non- functional testing of applications. 

Key skills/experience;

  • Professional QA Testing qualification. E.g. ISTQA / ISEB certificate or similar
  • 8+ years testing experience within a large organisation
  • In depth knowledge of IT QA processes and techniques.
  • In depth knowledge of all testing, System, SIT, UAT, Regression
  • Experience of large IT project implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals including Senior Management, Executives and Directors
  • Have built full automation test frameworks from the ground up
  • Experience in building tests using code e.g. Selenium using .Net (desirable)
  • Experience using a test management tool
  • Agile experience (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
