Role: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
My client, a growing telecommunications company are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst to help support their existing and future client base.
Key Skills/Experience;- 1-2 years’ experience working on a 1st / 2nd line helpdesk within the telecommunications industry and had exposure to the below products:
- Broadband products such as ADSL / FTTC / SOGEA / FTTP / Leased Lines
- Hosted phone systems / VoiP
LAN / WAN / DNS / DHCP / HTTP / HTTPS / IP addressing / Subnets
Desirable
Knowledge of SD-WAN Solutions, such as Cisco Meraki.
- 1-2 years’ experience working on a 1st / 2nd line helpdesk within the telecommunications industry and had exposure to the below products:
