Cloud Infrastructure Consultant
Great opportunity for an infrastructure specialist to come on board as a Cloud Consultant, responsible for implementing the company's cloud solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have good experience in the delivery of Azure and/or Office 365 migration projects, being able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge in these areas, as well as excellent communication skills to be able to work with customers to understand their requirements, and deliver the best solution to their needs. The Cloud Consultant will, ideally, come from a background in consultancy, where they are confident in speaking with customers to elicit requirements in order to provide the best solution. You will demonstrate strong project/implementation skills, full life-cycle.
You will have experience in the following:- Business and technical acumen
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Azure
- Office 365 knowledge
- Infrastructure experience - Active Directory, VMware, SAN, Citrix
- Scripting skills - desirable
With this role being focused on the company's Cloud offerings, the Cloud Consultant will be expected to keep up speed with all the latest trends and emerging technologies. You will be able to advise the company, and its customers, on the technology market in order to improve the solutions that are provided to customers. You will have a passion for cloud technologies
This role is remote based, but will require travel to customer sites (which can include overnight stays) and also to the London office for meet ups with the team and management. Candidates must be willing to travel when required.
